Jerry N. Adair, Executive Director of Head Start Child and Family Services, Inc. was honored for ten years of service at the agency’s pre-service training on August 1, 2011.

Mr. Adair was also awarded the prestigious Arkansas Head Start Director of the Year Award for 2011 at the Arkansas Head Start Institute last week.

Head Start Child and Family Services, Inc. is a non-profit agency that provides preschool and infant and toddler care to low income families who qualify. Currently Head Start Child and Family Services, Inc. serves 594 children, plus 4 pregnant mothers in the Crawford and Sebastian County service area.

Mr. Adair is extremely dedicated to the children and families of Crawford and Sebastian County.  Since Mr. Adair became director of Head Start Child and Family Services, Inc., the number of children served has increased by 140 and staff numbers have increased by 30%.
